Here is an attractive Danish Neolithic thin-butted flint axe. The artifact is in excellent condition and has been expertly knapped from greyish-brown flint, with only very slight wear from use at the bit end. Length is 20.4 cm and weight, 645 Grammes. This axe dates from the Dolmen Period through to the end of the early Passage Grave time, from around 3900-3000 BC.
