In spite of my request to send camera in 1 sole combined shipping w/ other 2 cameras won in the following day's auction, it was sent alone, so full shipping costs were applied. I've done this before.

You have actually purchased 3 items. We received two invoices for this, both of which were paid for shipping. We therefore packed two parcels, of which two items were sent combined and one item was sent separately. As this was our first transaction with catawiki, we still do not know how to prevent such a situation. Please do not pay for each item separately but always together.
