Dear Buyer. I am very sad to hear that you're disappointed with your purchase. Unfortunately I can't agree with your opinion. The condition of the digital camera that you've acquired was clearly portrayed on the photos (10 photos in different angles) and declared at the description. It was checked and tested and it was in the very good working condition. Bear in mind that you've decided to bid on the used item not brand new item therefore you should've realized in the first place that there might have been some minor signs of natural usage which was openly stated at the lot's description. I always show the actual state of my offered lots in the most honest and explicit way and never try to conceal anything. As for the poor packaging that is also totally not true. I always pack and protect the packages in the most solid way using a bubble wraps and quality tapes and boxes. You can confirm this by reading my other reviews were other Buyers are happy with it and this is my biggest reward.
Bestelling lang op moeten wachten, maar is zeer goed verpakt aangekomen. Camera doet het goed, ben er zeer tevreden over.

Thank you:)I am sorry for the delivery delay. There has been a technical problem in the delivery system. I had to cancel the delivery order right before the weekend and processed it again. That is why there was a delay on the shipping. It usually goes quick and takes beetwen 3- 6 working days for the final delivery. ( EU Countries) This time it was a rare event and I sincerely apologize for it. I am super delighted that overall you are happy with your purchase:)Thanks again.:)
