After i bought a kelim, i was sent the wrong carpet. I mailed rustique istanbul if we could solve the problem. They did not respond to my mailes. Shame on you!

Highly unprofessional! After a bid under the reserve price they made an offer which I accepted. A label with UPS was created but never shipped and unresponsive to any mails. Very disappointing!

Timely delivery and packaged safely. The pictures do not 100% represent the rug. In the pictures the color is darker than in real life and the rug is quite worn - clean! - than seen in pics.

The description "in perfect condition" is misleading. The carpet is heavily worn, in large areas structural thread comes to light. I doubt carpet was recently cleaned (smoke&dust smell). Stock surplus

Got the wrong rug, seller responded immediately and sent the correct rug within one week and at no extra cost. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that we didn’t have to return the first rug either!

I am happy with the carpet, but i am a little bit surprised about the colours. On the fotographs the leaves are surrounded by a dilicious kind of red. In reality there is only green and beige.
