I have tried to help you even if you think otherwise. To register a damage or a claim to the freight company they need evidence that something has happened. A picture of the damaged package and a picture of the label so they can see that it is the correct package. That is the three things I have asked for several times. If these are not present, the freight company does not know if the claim is real or a scam. Then they will dismiss the request because there is no evidence. A claim also has to be delivered within a time after receiving the package. I have requested these from you several times - but I have not received anything and time has been passing. So I apologize that I was not able to help you with this. I hope that you get better experiences later.
