Pakket snel ontvangen goed verpakt maar ...zou beter zijn dat er op de verpakking zou staan wat onderkant en bovenkant is .Dit was hier niet zo. Met als gevolg schaal kapot en alle grond uit de bonsai

Dal 20 settembre solo oggi Catawiki mi conferma che l ordine è annullato dopo mia segnalazione. Preciso che era stato inserito tracking fasullo. Venditore poco serio e professionale.
Tree was out of the pot and had almost no roots left tree was put in a box without protection.
I think it's a different tree. doesn't even fit the bonsai pot, it's too heavy and falls over. Badly packaged.
The bonsai arrived completely dead, the conditions to transport it an absolute joke, no care and no possibility for it to survive, wrapped completely dry pached in a box totally unfit for its size

The bonsai arrived in very good condition. I like it. I would have liked the seller to respond to messages and provide care tips.
Shriveled up, had to cut some parts to save it. But the rootball was damp wet and placed in ordinary potting soil. No mesh nor wiring to the pot and no drainage. Gardencenter material, waste of money.
