This is a set of three knives from the Seki Tobei 関藤平 brand.

The surface texture of these knives, resembling traditional hammer marks known as "Tsuiki 鎚起," has been crafted to achieve both aesthetic and functional purposes. While traditional "Tsuiki" involves hand-hammering a metal sheet to create a distinctive pattern, the hammer marks on this knife set were achieved through precision pressing techniques. Additionally, the knives are equipped with natural wood handles that become increasingly ergonomic and comfortable with use. The bolster is made of plastic, which helps prevent rust and reduces weight, making it less tiring for extended use.
