About the vintage 2019
By nature, condrieu is an extremely tasty and refined wine. However, Yves Gangloff was able to raise his to the top of the whites of this name. Its notes of apricot and honey are enhanced by the freshness of those of the white flowers. His attack is frank, ample, creamy. Extremely generous, this vintage persists for a long time thanks to an acidity in the finish that ends with flavors of roasted almonds. In short, this wine is incredibly complex and combines with flavors of genius, freshness and texture. To make this condrieu, Yves Gangloff performed manual harvesting, scraping, maceration in a thermo-regulated stainless steel tank and stripping. The wine was then aged for 1 year in 300L barrels. Exceptional wine, exceptional pairing: as an aperitif, a pan-fried foie gras will be ideal. Do not hesitate to discover this vintage for dessert too: an apricot pie will undoubtedly honor it. Keep this vintage for a good ten years in the cellar.
