6 bottles of the rare, limited edition of De Ladoucette in honor of its 200th anniversary. The vintage is 2015. These bottles have been preserved all these years in the perfect condition of the cellars of the winehouse.

History:
Since the end of the 18th century, the Counts Lafond family has owned the most important and renowned of the Pouilly Fumé vineyards. Baron Patrick de Ladoucette has perpetuated this tradition of the highest quality and added to the 200 years of history a rare cuvée, the Baron de L, which sublimates exceptional work and terroir. This remarkable cuvée is only produced during great years. The Baron de L is recognized as one of the greatest Sauvignon wines in the world, of incredible finesse. Baron Patrick de Ladoucette then extended his know-how to the Sancerre vineyard and perpetuated the name of the Comte Lafond for his great Sancerre cuvées in exceptional 18th century bottles reminiscent of those used by his ancestor. A few years later, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette acquired the Clos de la Poussie, a legendary Sancerre vineyard for sale. This natural amphitheater facing south allows us to create a special cuvée, the Haut de la Poussie.

Wine description:
It is wonderful to be able to drink a mature Sauvignon from 2014, which is the 200th harvest for Baron de Ladoucette. The production amphitheater includes 2 particular terroirs: the limestone soil of the Portland area and a clay area from the Kimmeridgian era. It matures for 6 months in steel on the fine lees, selecting only the best grapes. Gold color with greenish reflections. The olfactory expression plays on notes of orange and lemon peel to harmonize with more summery fruits (white peach and pear) accompanied by more honeyed notes and peppermint. A complex sip that translates into a wine of great elegance and richness with a rounded attack and a vibrant and incessant freshness that develops with notes of mango and lychee.

Food pairing:
Seafood risotto, guinea fowl breast on asparagus cream, grilled fish.

The bottles will be shipped to you in the original wooden case in a protective packaging.

Hello, in the description was mentioned that the single bottles were going to be shipped. Pictures of the beautifull cardboard box were added to show that these are truely premium wines. I'm sorry you were expecting the box as well, yet this was explicitly mentioned in the description. Nonetheless I hope you enjoy the bottles. Kind regards, JDV.

Kavel is niet bezorgd. Staat wel als bezorgd maar is niet zo. Andere kavel van verkoper is wel bezorgd. Verkoper bericht als snel dat dit kavel nog onderweg is en morgen komt. Top!
