parcel arrived safely, well packed. Item looks good. I should have known that there is a tax to be paid on delivery.

The postage cost was €28 so ca £23 after the conversion. The postage costs are clearly displayed on each listing and the buyer knows how much they will be paying before placing the bid. The postage cost were referred to Europe and not specifically to Poland (prices vary to different countries). It doesn't only include the stamp, it also includes packaging, the travel to the post office and back, the car park charges. Finally, there is no obligation to place a bid. If you decide to place the bid, you automatically commit to the rules.
