Bottiglie all’interno non bloccate correttamente, il legno ferma collo è presente solo al lato inferiore, totalmente rotto e stato delle etichette e cera lacca compromesso in ogni bottiglia

Siamo rammaricati dell'accaduto e Le assicuriamo che il pacco è stato spedito nelle medesime condizioni e con la stessa cura di tanti altri che quotidianamente partono dal nostro shop. Non riusciamo a capire come possa essere accaduto ciò che vediamo in foto e l'unica spiegazione è che il corriere questa volta non ha usato tutte le accortezze che dovrebbe riservare a pacchi di questo tipo.
