Champagne 333.d by Gaspard Brochet is a blend of the 3 main varieties authorized in Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, from 3 different vintages (2016-2017-2018) and from grapes harvested in the vineyards of 3 specific villages: Ecueil, Sacy and Villers aux Noeuds. Vinification and first fermentation in fût de chêne and no final dosage - Brut Nature. Produced in limited quantities of only 3.024 bottles.

It is a very rare bottle and sought after by collectors all over the world.


Champagne Blanc de Blancs Les Vieilles Vignes 2020 is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from old vines. Finesse and freshness are its main characteristics. The fermentation of this splendid Champagne occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. On the nose it brings notes of white flowers and citrus while on the palate it is round and sumptuous. No final dosage to best enhance the characteristics of this Champagne Blanc de Blancs.

The bottles are stored in temperature-controlled cellars.
