It is not what was described in the ad: The power supply is DC 9v 1A - not as per model specs, crazy running platter-to fix, etc. I thought I was buying a functional item, not a "project" for repair.

Is the buyer a newbie in the world of turntables? Most likely! He broke the needle worth 20 euros (!!!) himself and is now looking for someone to blame (or maybe a discount)... it's his own fault, unfortunately, I can't do anything, I'll have to take drastic measures.

DUAL giradischi leggero direi molto bene e anche l'imballaggio. Solo DPD da degli orari precisi ma poi consegna fuori dalla fascia oraria che Lui dice. Questo non bene.

I knew that the Italians are a football nation, but the fact that they play with postal packages was new to me. No matter how well the goods are packaged, almost every second package arrives damaged or doesn't work. Simply a disaster!

Not a good packing (small box and poor foam) for such a big and heavy item. Arrived quite good for a miracle. Not all the scratches show in the auction's photos. Not declared little bent on left side.
