I'm sorry it's your countries laws and regulations, you must pay import custom for brand items. Every country same rules.
The packaging was well done. The card arrived in the right condition.

We have use toploader as already showed on the listing main photo. Also we have covered both side with cardboard. But we don't know why you receive it like that. Please better contact your custom.
