Bodegas y Viñedos Alión is the fruit of various experiences that Bodegas Vega Sicilia had been developing since the mid-eighties, and its first wine came onto the market in 1991. Alión has almost 100 hectares of vineyards, all of them of the Tempranillo or red variety. Fino, almost all planted in glass except 12 hectares that are espaliered. Around 20% of the vines are more than twenty years old, and go entirely into winemaking. On the other hand, of the rest of the grapes, only those that reach at least ten years of age in each harvest are used. With Alión, the Álvarez family wants to demonstrate that Vega Sicilia, the legendary Ribera del Duero winery,


The wine is in excellent conditions and has to be drank and savored.

Die Vase, wie beschrieben, sehr bruchsicher verpackt. Versand auch total zügig. Die Auslieferung von UPS wurde leider 2x verschoben. Aber jetzt habe ich für mich ein wunderschönes Kleinod.
