It is not tunable. The cav. is clearly impossible to tune. There's even a significant difference on the octave. Also, there's a lot of buzz, noise on the strings. If you're satisfied, may I return?

The instrument has been used by me and is perfectly tunable. I've never had any problems. The mechanics are new, as I had already replied to you by message. The negative review is not justified.
