sent him french wotc cards(in good condition and a value of 20 euro) before i made one package of is order and he was happy with that, now i just forgat to sent him a message with his new order, because the chat was already open and in all the rush i thought i had already made a deal with him. I offered him 15 euro refund (total shipment cost 36 euro, he paid 45), but its still not enough. "not his problem" blabla. Very respect less and disgusting behavior. Everything about the money.
