Despite our efforts, you have maintained that the diamonds are fake and have requested a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot comply with this request, as we have covered the cost of shipping the Pendant back from Italy, which amounts to 101 euros. We believe the information you provided is not accurate and feel that a full refund is not justified in this case.
