As a reminder, Kweichow Moutai Chiew is the world-famous Chinese drink, whose history goes back several centuries.
It is said to have been produced for over 1,000 years. Weichow Moutai Chiew is made from wheat, sorghum (a grassy cereal) and local spring water. It is distilled seven times to achieve maximum purity of alcohol. This drink is renowned for its aromatic character, rich flavours and long, lingering finish.
