2 beautiful antique Chinese porcelain plates with a central decoration of five boys with flowers in a garden, executed in a nice underglaze blue and white. In the border a classical decoration of geometrical and floral patterns, chrysanthemum, blossoms, lotus roots in lotus petal shaped panels. Handcrafted during the Kangxi/Yongzheng period (ca. 1720-30). On the backside a decoration of stylized blossoms, marked with a Zhuanshu character mark. Must have for your collection.

Condition:

- left plate: 1 small chip with short hairline
- right plate: scratches at the center

UV light checked

Diameter: +-16.1 centimeter
Height: 2 centimeter

The item has hairlines & validated by catawiki as against item descriptions. I want to return, but Seller offer to replace with defective item which has chips! Totally unacceptable.!!!

Hello Sir, First of all the plate did not have hairlines but only some very minor glazecrackle which catawiki confirmed up your favor, and that we missed. Other then that the condition was described as it is without any real damage such as hairlines, cracks chips or restorations! Second, we offered you a refund of 40% which is quiet fair, and we also offered you a similar plate at our costs without the crackles, but with 2 microscopic, 2mm glazechips, other ten that perfect. Both our offers you refused and then opened a claim at Catawiki. Catawiki also offered you an extra voucher upon our offers but you did not even react to it, that is why catawiki closed your claim. So thank you for your feedback but as you can read above your negative feedback is not fair in our opinion. Kind regards and happy new year for 2024, Advantique
