NTT - Telefon analogic - 601 - Bachelită

The Type 601 was an analog telephone that significantly contributed to the proliferation of telephones. It was one of the world's highest-performing telephones (at the time), developed and implemented with unique Japanese technology during the era of the Ministry of Communications and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation, the predecessors of NTT.

In September 2022, the "Type 601 Automatic Desktop Telephone" was registered as a "Future Technology Heritage" at the National Museum of Nature and Science in Tokyo.

This telephone, which responded to the oil shock era following Japan's high economic growth, featured significant cost reductions and high maintainability. It adopted an assembly structure based on manual labor to save resources and consider future demand decreases. Additionally, it met international standards related to sound clarity and communication volume, making it a telephone with an eye on the global market.

The condition is well maintained, the dial is flexible, and the accessories are complete.
But it has not been tested for functionality.
