Fiat 510 S Torpedo History Produced from 1919 to 1925, the 510 was a 'top-of-the-line' car with high displacement and impressive dimensions. 

 The engine was a 33,446-cc 6-cylinder in-line, which developed 46 hp in the 'normal' version. In 1920, FIAT launched the 510 S (Sport) with a more powerful engine developing 53 hp. The 510 S became extremely rare, and only 414 units were manufactured. The car at auction: Very rare Fiat 510 'Sport' version, iconic with its aerodynamic 'V' window and radiator, capable of achieving a speed of 100 kph. Complete and total 'frame-off' restoration carried out in 2014 in Italy, the car is in splendid condition. The restoration was performed under the guidance of the ASI CAMET club of Florence, where the car also took part in the elegance contest for its 40th anniversary. The bodywork is in museum condition: the ivory paint, woodwork, chrome and accessories are stunning. The bonnet and side windows are new and in excellent condition. The mechanics (Fiat's first 6-cylinder) have just been completely overhauled and restarted after a few years in the garage and are ready for use; the battery is new. All the rare original components of the 'S' model, such as the carburettor and the cylinder head, have been restored and are fully functional. The fully restored interior is in splendid condition: full leather upholstery, including wood, carpet, panels and all functional accessories. The underbody is in perfect condition: it has only been driven a few miles since its recent restoration, and the quality of this complete and handcrafted restoration is obvious. The Italian documents are in order, with ASI registration in the booklet and transfer of ownership. The technical inspection expired in 2014, but on request the car can be delivered with a newly passed technical inspection.
