Beautiful Cortebert wristwatch in art deco-style Cortebert, founded in 1790 in Switzerland belonged to the watch brands of highest quality. This due to the extensive collection of home made timepieces. Around 1945 Colbert had his own line of 20 watches and it was since the 1930's known for its railway watches.
The glass is curvex shaped and the measurements of the case are approx 31 x 22 mm. The strap fits a wrist of up to 21 cm. The watch has signs of wear fitting for its age as can be seen on the photos but for the rest is in good condition. A real catch for collectors of vintage watches.
