Sorry to see the feedback. The listing was very clear. Title says: "Robot Carl Zeiss Sonnar 50mm f2 voor Robot Royal NO RESERVE (camera not included) Cameralens" It says clearly that the camera is not included and also specifically says it is a cameralens. Also the description is very clear. It not only described the lens and does not say anything about the cosmetic or technical condition of the camera, it also says specifically again: "PM. Camera not included" Some people want to buy the camera and some others want to buy the lens. To make it interesting for buyers as well so they do not pay too much for something they do not want we split it up when it should not sold together.

Camera was niet getest voordat het op gestuurd zou worden. Kon de camera terug sturen. Nadat ik de camera weer terug kreeg piepte de lens en de rangefinder werkte niet goed.

Helaas dekt deze feedback niet het hele verhaal. Klant heeft inderdaad een camera ontvangen waarvan de sluiter niet helemaal correct afgesteld was. Camera en lens zijn op onze kosten retour gekomen en afgesteld. Vervolgens is alles gecontroleerd. Sluitertijden en afstandsmeter werkte. Na terugsturen klaagde de klant dat de lens piepte en dat de afstandsmeter niet werkte. De klant wilde de spullen alleen ter reparatie opsturen nadat er op voorhand wederom verzendkosten betaald zouden worden. Uiteindelijk een aantal opties geboden maar de klant wilde hier niet in meegaan en wilde de spullen niet retour sturen. Klant heeft vervolgens een claim bij Catawiki ingediend. Deze claim is echter door Catawiki niet gegrond verklaard en dus afgewezen. Hoewel Catawiki dit niet eist hebben we de klant toch een korting gegeven. Jammer dat de klant desondanks niet tevreden is.
