Mi dispiace dell'accaduto, come ho cercato di dirle, che è stato un nostro errore, intanto le ho chiesto di mandarci una foto del capo ROTTO ancora deve arrivare, ho cercato di chiederle scusa ma lei mi ha alzato un muro!

Der Artikel ist in einer super Qualität und auch sicher angekommen allerdings hat es fast 3 Wochen gedauert und wurde auch erst nach 2,5 Wochen abgeschickt aber bin trotzdem super begeistert und happy
