The package was left outside during rain and snow, its ruined/wet. Seller is helping by get compensation by the Italian Post, he is the only one capable of doing that. Still under investigation...

The pack was correctly delivered, i said it to the buyer, saing to search in the proximity of the home too.. now, after a month from the delivery, he says that the pack was under the snow, completely destroyed, and is asking for a refound.. I will try to write to poste italiane, but i don't think they will refound him, i'm sorry
