Nordmende - GlobeTrotter Amateur - Rádio portátil

A very nice portable radio from 1969/ 1970, the heavy Nordmende Globetrotter Amateur.

It has received maintenance and some repairs in 2024. Broken battery indicator, light and switch repair.
reception is quiet remarkable and the decent size elliptical speaker is pleasant to listen to.
Note the bottom plate has broken edges. But it is firmly in place and the battery compartment opens and closes as normal. There is no corrosion.
On the front speaker grill there is some markings but no dents in the aluminium. Some stuck dirt in the small openings. I haven't tried to polish it out.
Backside grill has some scratches, again no dents.

Power socket is working but i don't have an extra cord to supply.
I can ship 5 D cells installed if required.
