Ver traduzidoDe stoeltjes zijn meer beschadigd (de randen vooral) dan duidelijk was op de foto. Het folie waarmee de stoeltjes waren ingepakt was op de hoeken kapot (transport) dus daardoor extra beschadigd.

Ik denk dat uw teleurstelling vooral voortkomt uit uw eigen beleving, er is daadwerkelijk niets verkeerd gegaan of gedaan vanuit mijn kant, echter vanuit uw kant duurde alles erg lang en werd er onduidelijk gecommuniceerd. Verantwoordelijkheid voor eventuele schade ligt mijns inziens in het geheel bij de transporteur, die ik bovendien niet geregeld heb, maar u zelf. Laat het een les voor u zijn.
