Es tut mir wirklich sehr leid, das zu hören, und ich bin überrascht. Wie Sie sehen können, habe ich den Artikel sehr sorgfältig und gut verpackt. Da der Artikel aus massivem Metall besteht, kann ich mir nur schwer erklären, wie so etwas passieren konnte. Ich habe eine Bitte: Könnten Sie mir bitte Fotos des beschädigten Artikels schicken? Ich werde versuchen, eine Lösung zu finden, und falls nötig, eine Schadensersatzforderung bei der Versandversicherung einreichen. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.
