This wine is the most powerful expression of the characteristics of the vineyards of origin, located in different areas of the Veronese side of Monte Calvarina, in the easternmost part of the Soave appellation.
A blend of the best vintages of the last decade (2019, 2018, 2020, 2017, 2016) selected as the highest expression of the vineyard throughout its history.

For each selected vintage, vinification of the white grapes takes place with maceration on the skins for about 10 hours.
Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures is then activated, followed by partial malolactic fermentation with about 10 percent of the product.
The process continues with maturation in wood in barriques and second-passage tonneaux for about 6 months, then the wine is placed in steel tanks for further aging.

A wine with great aging potential.
A stylistic effort aimed at obtaining a unique complexity and structure through the skillful combination of different vintages.
The Garganega gives the wine structure, freshness and fragrance with floral notes and intense minerality, a profound expression of the composition of the soil of volcanic origin.
On the palate it expresses aromas ranging from chamomile, almonds and citrus to delicate
notes of white pepper and tropical fruits.
