Elaboration
Harvest: Manual, during the last week of September.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with yeasts indigenous at controlled temperature with yeasts from the vineyards of Castell d'Age.
Tasting note
View: Intense cherry color, with ruby reflections.
Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruit and lactic notes on a mineral background.
Mouth: Fresh and wide.
Pairing
Wine with a lot of personality, ideal to accompany with hors d'oeuvres, substantial vegetables, pasta a la
Neapolitan, white meats and pork. Serve between 16 and 18 ºC.
The bottles will be shipped to you in a secure, protective packaging to prevent damage.
