An Antique Sterling Silver pair of candlesticks, in a Neoclassical Corinthian style with square bases and round straight-sided fluted columns, having applied beaded borders, with hand-chased swags and scrolls, and removable nozzles.
Made in Sheffield, 1909

Fully English hallmarked for sterling silver.
The dimensions of this fine pair of hand-made silver candlesticks are:
Length 28.5 cm
Wide at base 11 x 11 cm
Approx. 983 + 975 = 1958 grams (weighted for stability) (scones weight 59 grams together).
Condition: Good condition. On both a larger dent on the top of the candlestick, barely visible with the scone on the top. Both scones have one side that is pressed down as well. And a tiny split in the base left below (see picture 8 of 1.5 cm). Hallmarks slightly rubbed on the base. Tiny pinprick indentations here and there, mainly on the base rim.
