Buyer, although professional, wasn’t able to judge the item according to the description in the appropriate way: there missings were described as circa 4 items (circa: because of the specific contents as ephemera, inlays etc, all unnumbered) in an overall qualification as ‘reasonable’: buyer suggests only 3 items were mentioned and ignores the overall qualification. Buyer forgot to respect the right procedure for returning an item.
