What is the Champion Midget Racer?
It was manufactured in 1953 by Sanyo Kogyo Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Tomy Co., Ltd., using metal pressing technology.
It is a product modeled after the sprint car karts of the time, and the original products that remain are available in two body colors, red and white, and three types with car numbers 3, 5, and 63.
When it was first released, it was friction-powered, but later, an electric-powered type was also released.
