Eugen Sandow (born Friedrich Wilhelm Müller, 2 April 1867 – 14 October 1925) was a German bodybuilder and showman from Prussia, using the Bulgarian last name Sandow as a pseudonym. Born in Königsberg Prussia (Germany)
Sandow is considered the, ‘Father of modern Bodybuilding’.

Spring expander for stretching the muscles of the chest and back, as well as separately for the bones of the hands. Without springs..

Chest expanders are nothing new. We have covered plenty of them in the past. Eugen Sandow’s Developer is a classic though. It is the first ever home gym equipment sold to the public for bodybuilding. You simply have to attach the cables, and you are ready to work your body hard.
There may be fancier chest expanders on the market but this is a piece of history.

Super goed ingepakt, ben bijna half uur met een mes bezig geweest, pfffff. Leuk de inhoud maar dat is nog een kerstkado. Mooie plaat heel gaaf!

Tutto bene, anche se mi sarebbe piaciuto ricevere assieme alla moneta una descrizione dove venivano riepilogate le caratteristiche della moneta, il periodo, la zecca, etc. Speriamo che ci pensino !!!
