This wonderful 2 Oz Silver coin is dedicated to the legendary Greek mythical creature, the Minotaur and it is the new release of the "Mythical Creatures" series. The coin has an Antique Finish quality with a partial intense coloration with High Relief. The coin comes is a themed case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of 500 pcs worldwide. The reverse of the coin depicts Ariadne and Theseus, fallen in love with each other, trying to escape from the Labyrinth where the Minotaur lives. The legend narrates that Theseus succeeds and plunges his valorous blade into the Minotaur's heart. The death of the monster led the Athenians to peace and prosperity. The obverse of the coin is divided into four sections depicting the other Mythical Creatures of the series. In the center the Public Seal of Niue, together the inscriptions: "FIVE DOLLARS" - the face value, "Ag999" - the fineness of Silver, "2023" - the year of issue and "MYTHICAL CREATURES" - the name of the series
