A high-quality antique alloy dora 銅鑼 (gong) suspended on a lavishly decorated wooden stand, complete with a bachi 撥 (mallet).
The wooden stand is richly adorned with stunning encrusted white mother-of-pearl 螺鈿 (raden), showcasing a soft pink-blue luster. The intricate design features geometric motifs and elegant scrolling foliage on a dark brown lacquered background.
The dora itself has a dome-shaped center point surrounded by a raised circular ridge. When struck, it produces a high, resonant sound. The mallet with a refined hand-carved wooden handle
