Ornate Art Deco biscuit barrel / cookie jar made of pale cranberry pink crackle glass. Round baluster form with thick ribbed girdle bands to base. The jar has a silver-plated lid and chrome mounts with a fluted, bow-shaped swing handle.
Wonderfully quirky piece of vintage kitchenalia with great character that evokes the Art Deco fashions.
Can also be used as an ice bucket.
