Nando is pure Slovenian tradition and so are these three wines which represent the premium line of the company, which produces Collio Sloveno in Dobrovo, in the Slovenian Brda region. Thus the grapes used for these wines are the same ones that great Italian winemakers use a few kilometers across the border.
The three wines presented are 3 orange wines (rispectively from Rebula, Malvazjia and Jakot - slovenian name of Friulano) in full Slovenian style, from very long macerations, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts and without sulfur dioxide added during vinification and bottling. Exciting, iconic and truly typical wines that I recommend you uncork in front of a nice platter of San Daniele and Montasio
