It is a label of memory, born from Etienne Calsac's passion for the ancient traditions of the territory, which led him to produce a Champagne with three now almost completely abandoned vines: Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Arbanne. This is an original cuvée grape dedicated to those who want to discover some bottles outside the mainstream taste of the largest and most famous Maisons. “Les Revenants” by Etienne Calsac is an Extra Brut Champagne produced by the small Maison of Etienne Calsac. The domaine can count on less than 3 hectares of vineyard divided into various parcels located in Avize and Grauves in the Côte des Blancs, Bisseuil in the Vallée de la Marne and Montgenost in the Côte de Sezanne. The vineyards have an average age of around 30 years and are managed with the utmost respect for the environment, without the use of chemical substances and with the use of horses in the inter-rows to avoid compacting the soil and leave the natural vitality of the soil. The almost maniacal management of the vineyard leads to obtaining grapes of extraordinary quality, healthy and genuine. Work in the cellar is reduced to a minimum, with the aim of always leaving the characteristics of the territory and the aromatic spectrum of the vines in the foreground. Etienne Calsac's Champagnes are rare labels for connoisseurs, who know how to appreciate meticulous work and the continuous search to give voice to the land and the vine.
