Ca' del Bosco's Franciacorta Rosé Brut "Cuvée Prestige Edition 46" is an elegant and refined label, made with a preponderant percentage of Pinot Noir and a balance of Chardonnay. Like all Rosés, it is a Classic Method with a good structure, which has a remarkable aromatic richness and a good taste persistence. Its notes of berries, pomegranate and floral nuances give the experience of a long and satisfying sip, particularly suitable for food pairings with seafood stews, shellfish or delicate white meats.
The "Cuvée Prestige" Brut Rosé Edition 46 is a Franciacorta that is part of the collection of one of the great names of the Appellation. Ca' del Bosco was born in the mid-60s from Maurizio Zanella's passion for Champagne and the desire to start producing Classic Method in Erbusco, right in the heart of Franciacorta.
