The Thomas family has owned Listrac since 1953 and for three generations. Settled in 2003, Mathieu and his sister Audrey run the estate. Their 30 ha vineyard is distinguished by a significant proportion of Petit Verdot.

Ageing: 12 months in oak barrels, including 20% ​​new barrels.

Tasting: Fresh and elegant on the palate, with good intensity. This wine has depth, structure and breadth.
This 2015 vintage brings ripe and silky tannins with a good length.

6x Chateau Saint Bonnet 2016 Médoc Cru Bourgeois: in this wine the Merlot dominates with its suppleness, fleshiness and elegance. While the wine still contains 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon, which provides a characteristic aroma of blackcurrant, cocoa, coffee and cedar.

The vineyards border the Saint-Estephe appellation to the east and the Pauillac appellation to the north. Gerard Soliveres is responsible for the work in the vineyards and the cellars and therefore also for making the final blend. The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels before it is bottled.
