Yasuo Akaishi celebrated all Yuko Mitsuki 's charm in this special issue , 2006 , limited edition deluxe with a booklet 40 pages of black and white photos and a book contained in a violet slipcase with gold letters and silver pattern.
All the set is as new, unopened , the book and booklet stayed unopened, the photos uploaded are from my own book.
You will note a very small fold on the length of the booklet and a bad fold on the book cover ( photos)
