Vinification: the bunches are destemmed and pressed with subsequent cryomaceration for about 10 hours. This is followed by refinement on the fine lees in steel and finally bottling. Organoleptic characteristics: Solaris - a rarity and a peculiarity - is full, with a notable structure and with aromas reminiscent of elderberry, with an elegant floral bouquet. It is wrapped in a barely hinted touch of ripe fruit, without sacrificing the freshness, flavor and fragrant aromatic intensity of high-altitude wines. Pairings: it goes well with appetizers, asparagus dishes, fish and tasty cheeses but is also very pleasant to drink without being accompanied by any food.
