The House of Joseph Perrier has perpetuated its signature and identity through six generations of directors from the same family, each of whom has shaped the House's destiny with their own personality and commitment. The fruit of the legacy of its founders and the ambition of its successors, Champagne Joseph Perrier is expressed today through a range of different cuvées. The Cuvée Royale Brut has a pale yellow gold colour. Its first nose is discreet, fine and beautifully complex. A fruity bouquet of apples, pears and white peaches evolves into elegant, more exotic flavours of pineapple. Finally, the palate combines complexity and lightness, body and freshness. Floral notes of white flowers give way on the finish to fruity aromas of vine peaches and a lovely tangy finish. The Brut Rosé (90/100 Parker) cuvée is elegant, with a very delicate, lively and regular effervescence. The first nose reveals greedy aromas of red fruit: cherry, morello cherry, redcurrant. When aired, notes of blood orange emerge. The palate is straightforward and full of finesse. Flavours of wild strawberries enhanced by hints of menthol give this wine both freshness and a very pleasant sweetness. Cuvée Royale Brut Blanc de Blancs (92/100 Decanter) is a brilliant pale yellow colour with delicate green tints. The nose is floral, with hints of apricot and mirabelle plum. The palate is lively and fresh, followed by lovely tangy flavours of squeezed citrus fruit. This is followed by spicy flavours of cinnamon and vanilla, with gourmet biscuit notes and a yuzu finish.
