So if you can send me some more details, for example photos of the damage and the packaging when you received it, i can start to make a claim to get you a refund. That doesnt sound good. It was working perfectly when i sent it, although it does take a little precision placing on the wall. Good luck👍. Of course the transport could have affected it but that has hardly ever occurred with the clocks i have sent.
