Hi. Thanks for your positive review. I will share experience: on first orders we were started with Catawiki we had each 3d or 4th order broken every time.... And of course that's not good for us and clients. After, we have added some plastic cases - then only 1 or 100 orders could be broken by statistic. About plastic: we are officially registered and paying fees for plastic package. And the most important thing: you may refund to us all plastic for free after 20 orders with delivery costs on our side. I hope you will have these number of orders with us))
