In the description clearly mentioned that the runner has obvious signs of damage and is been used. “ met sporen van gebruik en slijtage”. You can not find a rug which is new for such a low price in catawiki. I hope you consider a new feedback. Have a good day. Thanks.

I found this feedback not fair because I did give you the proposal to send it back to me. You have not send me a picture either to see the damage then I would be able to make a claim by DPD because I have paid the insurance to make sure you will receive it in good shape! Please send me pictures of the damage! Thanks!
