Soborg Mobelfabrik - Vintage Dining set composed by 4 chairs model 316 and one table/desk original model 310 without the drawers. The table was originally a writing desk model 310 but the drawers were removed to then be used as dining table. The surface of the table have stains and some superficial scratches consistent with the age of the pieces(over 60 years) and according to the taste can be kept like that or restored. The chairs are repaired on the backrest and there are 2-3 fibers broken but do not require restoring, the structures are very solid and they are very light and comfortable. table measures 170x80cm height 73cm. both the tables and the chairs are in teak wood. Peter Hvidt & O. Molgaard-Nielsen were among the many prolific danish designers of Danish Modern period which obtained important international success, like Finn Juhl, Borge Mogensen, Hans J. Wegner and Arne Vodder they collaborated with many other furniture and cabinetmakers such as France & Son and Fritz Hansen. Soborg Furniture was acquired back in 2017 by Carl Hansen & Son.
