You are bidding on a rare hand-written Torah Bible Fragment from the book of Deuteronomy that came from Spain and is written in the Original Hebrew Language on Deer Parchment. The scroll has a beautiful warm Brown color due to the process used in making the scroll, this process ages to a deeper color over the centuries.
This Scroll is extremely important for its rarity of the earliest examples of the Spanish tradition and is a witness to the various customs, concerning its letters, and as a whole, the writing of a Torah. It is prized for its soft parchment and its beautiful writing.
Torah Fragments like these are extremely rare and seldom seen in synagogues or available due to their age. The Torah Scroll considering its age is in good condition and will stay beautiful with care for centuries to come. Due to age and constant use over the centuries, as expected there is edge wear, staining, and tears which does not effect the importance of this fragment.
This is your opportunity to own a Torah Bible fragment as a family heirloom.
